The 30-Second Episode Skeleton

Video or podcast, works identically.

0–3s — Optional cold open
Provocative statement, question, or contrast.

3–6s — Identifier
“Hi, I’m Ramona. This episode is about…”

6–10s — Frame the problem
Why this topic exists / why it’s confusing.

10–22s — Core insight
One clear explanation, distinction, or takeaway.

22–27s — Implication
Why it matters now (not historically).

27–30s — Exit
“That’s it for this episode.”

No recap. No CTA unless it genuinely fits.

Cadence Tuning

Podcast

  • Slightly slower pace

  • Longer pauses after key nouns

  • Fewer sentence fragments

Video

  • Slightly faster pace

  • One deliberate emphasis per sentence

  • Let facial expression replace filler words

Episode Naming System

Readable, searchable, future-proof.

Default format (use ~80% of the time)

[Concept]: [Clarifying Promise]

Title:
Same as episode name.

Summary (2–3 sentences):
